Through heroic storytelling that embodies classical virtues and that moves our audience to purposeful action, our mission at Emergent Order Foundation is to build a bottom-up movement that champions civilization and the potential it unlocks in each of us. EO.F is looking for a full-time Marketing Fellow to participate in a year-long fellowship program designed to identify talent and help solidify the discipline they are pursuing while dramatically improving their critical thinking, creativity, and operational literacy. Learn More: eo.foundation 2025-09-23_Marketing Fellow - J… About The Role Emergent Order Foundation seeks a full-time Marketing Fellow for a year-long fellowship program. This immersive opportunity inside our Marketing and Distribution team will provide hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals. The fellow will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with other departments to connect EO.F content with audiences. They will participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch creative ideas, and help execute marketing initiatives from concept through delivery. Core Competencies for the Role Specific skills and experience are important, but they are far less important to us than your mindset and approach to getting the job done as part of a team. Your past experience and potential fit for the role will be judged overwhelmingly on a demonstration of the following core competencies: You lead with integrity: You don't cut corners or cut anyone down in the process of getting your work done. You treat everyone with dignity, respect and love. And when you see some nonsense going on, you don't just take offense, you take action. Deeply Inquisitive: You have a growth mindset. You're a curious, life-long-learner, ravenous to understand the way things REALLY are, not the way you hope they'll be or the way other's claim them to be. Call it scientific skepticism. You want to get to the truth, and verify it through investigation and careful measurement. That way, the choices you make and advice you give are reality-based. You Think (and Act) Fast, and Slow: You've got a fast, intuitive mind and HIGH velocity of work, but you're also systems-oriented and methodical. 85% of the time, your first thought will be right, but you always take that deep breath to ask “and then what” before leaping into action. That way, you can sprint with confidence without much concern that you'll run off a cliff Wile E. Coyote style. You work smart, not just hard: Yes, you have the smarts and sheer grit to muscle through that stack of problems, but if a better mousetrap can be built, you build it. If it can be scripted, automated or systematized so that you and your team are freed to take on the more thorny/wicked problems, you build the robot. And, of course, you love to build robots. You relish in learning new tools. You see poetry in project management tools and databases. Playful Problem Solver: You keep your sense of humor and take joy in Getting Things Done Right. Having a mile-long to-do list doesn't stress you it, it invigorates you. It's your PURPOSE to rip through that list and do it well. You're drawn to those Gordian knots like a moth to a flame. And when you cut through them, the satisfaction propels you into your next challenge with gusto. Despite your analytical bent, you don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. The Details Able to collaborate effectively across departments and express ideas with clarity. Excellent time management, with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Ability to research and present information in a clear and concise manner. Comfortable with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.). Familiar with publishing on social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram. Heavy consumer of pop culture and emerging content platforms and trends. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Adaptable to shifting priorities, able to step in and support other marketing and/or production needs (including on studio shoot days). Basic editing skills in video, photo, or design software are a plus. Responsibilities Track performance of campaigns and content, preparing simple reports on growth, reach, and engagement. Draft, schedule, and publish posts on EO.F's social channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X). Assist in developing marketing copy, graphics, and short-form edits for social content. Monitor social platforms, respond to comments, and flag opportunities to grow EO.F's community. Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (email, social, video distribution). Help create and refine pitch decks for potential partners, donors, and collaborators. Assist with planning, logistics, and on-site support for EO.F events, screenings, or conferences. Partner with production and design teams to align marketing efforts with EO.F's creative vision. Stay on top of cultural trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital media marketing. • Legal Fellow

Oficina Legal Del Pueblo Unido, Inc.

    Fellow job in Austin, TX

Job Description We are Texas lawyers and advocates for Texas communities, boldly serving the movement for equality and justice in and out of the courts. We envision a Texas where all communities thrive with dignity and justice, and without fear. TCRP believes that legal advocacy and litigation are critical tools to protect and advance the civil rights of everyone in Texas, particularly our State's most vulnerable populations, and to effect positive and lasting change to law and policy. We believe that by serving the rising social justice movement in Texas with excellent legal representation and bold strategies, we can respond to the needs of the communities we serve. Learn more at ********************** Every year, the Texas Civil Rights Project sponsors multiple legal fellows across our three programs (Beyond Borders, Criminal Legal, and Voting Rights) and in all of our three offices across the state (Austin, Houston, and Rio Grande Valley). These fellows are recent law school graduates or judicial clerks who obtain external funding to work with us, usually on a specific project for a predetermined period of time, usually 1 or 2 years. Opportunities for external funding are extremely diverse, including law firms, law schools, government agencies, advocacy organizations, and private foundations of all sizes. Over the last few years, fellows working at TCRP have been awarded fellowship funding from the following sources, among others: - Equal Justice Works - Justice Catalyst - Open Society Foundations - Kloiber Foundation - Yale Law School - Columbia Law School - University of Texas School of Law Fellowship applicants are usually required to seek sponsorship approval from a host organization (like TCRP) before applying for fellowship funding. While we are sensitive to time constraints, our process for approving a potential fellow for sponsorship at TCRP is extensive, including application reviews within the organization, interviews, review of past work product and references, and a thorough evaluation of the applicant's proposed project. This process ensures we only sponsor fellowship applicants who have developed a project proposal that significantly advances our mission of seeking justice for Texas communities, but it also means that we are only able to sponsor a small number of the qualified applicants seeking to work with us. Limiting the number of fellows that we sponsor also allows us to work closely with applicants to develop a strong proposal for funding and to ensure that we have the resources to properly manage and train fellows once they get here. Because this process takes time, fellowship applicants are encouraged to apply for sponsorship at least 60 days in advance of any funding application deadline. If circumstances prevent an applicant from complying with this timeline, we encourage the applicant to contact our Fellowship Coordinator to discuss the situation. Because of the widely varying application deadlines for fellowship funding, TCRP accepts applications from fellowship applicants throughout the year. Major fellowship funders (e.g. Equal Justice Works) usually have early fall deadlines, while many smaller funders (e.g., law schools) have deadlines in early spring. To be eligible for a fellowship at TCRP, an applicant must meet the following basic criteria: - Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school by the time the fellowship would begin; - Completion of the bar exam of any U.S state or territory prior to beginning the fellowship; - Willingness to work in Texas at one of TCRP's established offices; and - Development of a project proposal that fits one of the three subject-matter areas in which TCRP works. If you will be able to meet these criteria and wish to complete your fellowship at TCRP, please submit the following sponsorship application materials: 1. Cover letter indicating: - Why you are interested in working with TCRP - Preferred practice group (BB/CL/VR) - An idea for a proposed fellowship project - Names and deadlines for any particular fellowship applications to which you are applying - Interest in working in Texas 2. Detailed resume 3. Writing sample of no more than 10 pages, preferably related to the subject matter of your proposed project idea. 4. A list of at least 3 references with at least 2 of these being professional references. TCRP values a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture - women, people of color, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and people from other underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, age, creed, religion, physical ability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, sexual orientation, previous incarceration, veteran status, union membership or activism, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal law.
