**What You Will Do** Sigma-2 is seeking a postdoc for electron microscopy based characterization of radiation, hydrogen, and helium effects on microstructures of candidate metals for fusion applications. A Post-Doctoral research position is currently available in the laboratory of Dr. Andrew Mayer at the Mind Research Network in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Successful candidates will conduct research in a combination of topics including theoretical and computational fluid-structure interactions, compressible multiphase flows, and related model and algorithm developments. The Fluid Dynamics and Solid Mechanics Group (T-3) conducts research in theoretical and computational continuum dynamics including modeling and simulation of fluids and deforming solids over multiple length and time scales.
