Responsibilities
Shadow the inter-professional team at the clinical sites to understand real-time oncology patient care, and provide in-service presentations to inter-professional staff; Gain exposure to patient care in different clinical settings and the financial reimbursement process; Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at the clinical sites, and supports the Mission, Vision and Values of the clinical sites; Provide concise, applicable, comprehensive, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers under the close supervision of program director, or a licensed pharmacist, or a clinical oncologist; Provide liaison support between pharmacy, medical, nursing and other multidisciplinary staff in order to resolve problems and improve medication safety. Participate in and accomplish CUSP Teaching Certificate program; Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

The Community Relations Fellow will perform a wide range of support activities for the Community Relations Department which include supporting and assisting the Community Relations Specialist for Youth Initiatives and Culture with executing the 2025 Kids for Dodgers Baseball (K4DB) program, the Commissioners Community Initiative (CCI) program, LA Reads, PlayBall, and cultural engagement efforts with diverse communities throughout the region. Additionally, the Community Relations Fellow will support the broader CR department and assist with the execution of community related events as needed.

* BS in Computer Science or related field or three to five years of related experience.
* Knowledge on agile development cycle and skills in design tools like Figma.
* Strong grasp of the following languages: Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java, SQL, Linux CLI
* Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
* Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
* Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
* Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
* Passionate about working for a professional sports team
* Proactive and out of the box thinking
This program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
