4 Ensure that work areas are clean, free of hazardous conditions, and that all tools and supplies are properly stored to always ensure compliance with established regulations and procedures.
5 Present positive endorsement of Elm Terrace Gardens, its mission, programs, policies, procedures, and administration to Elm Terrace Gardens residents, staff, visitors, and other constituencies at all times.

10 Follow established safety rules and regulations at all times, including fire safety procedures and disaster control.
11 Promptly report accidents, incidents, and unsafe and hazardous equipment or conditions.
