Pros of working at Fender

Being surrounded by guitars and seeing your work as a final product. Artists would also come by time to time

Cons of working at Fender

Terrible office, management and leadership. Higher ups are lazy, no room to grow unless you are close to someone. Company shows alot of nepotism.
