Adam Grossman brings more than a decade of experience working with premier sports franchises, including the Miami Dolphins, to his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for FSM and the Boston Red Sox. A marketing vanguard, Grossman is responsible for leading initiatives that strengthen clients’ connections to consumers, building innovative tools to identify and track the rapidly changing interests of today’s sports consumer, and devising creative new approaches to cultivate the next generation of fans. Grossman and his team work closely with FSM’s sales executives, providing information, insight, and ideas that help build effective ticket sales marketing programs and integrated corporate partnerships. In his role with the Red Sox, Grossman manages the club's marketing, branding, creative content, and communications efforts.

A dynamic leader with an unmatched passion for conceptualizing, marketing and selling ROI-driven sponsorships that connect brands directly to their target audiences, Frank Huckabone serves as FSM’s Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer. Huckabone leverages his 20 plus years of experience to develop and direct FSM’s global sponsorship sales strategy. He works closely with FSM President Sam Kennedy and Managing Director Mark Lev to institute best practices across all FSG-owned properties and optimize global revenue growth. Huckabone has been instrumental in securing global partners for the Boston Red Sox, LFC, LeBron James/LRMR Marketing & Branding, MLB.com, NESN and Roush Fenway Racing, and securing sponsorships for non-baseball related events at Fenway Park that are operated by FSM.

John Clark brings a 19-year track record of success to his role as Executive Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer, for FSM. He sells integrated sponsorship and marketing partnerships across Fenway Sports Group’s prestigious portfolio of properties, and also oversees the sponsorship and marketing sales efforts for FSM’s exclusive property representation clients. Clark leverages his experience driving high-impact sales opportunities for elite sporting brands including MSG Sports, the Miami Dolphins, the Houston Rockets, and the Lakewood BlueClaws to build the firm’s sales infrastructure and guide the sales team in delivering ROI-driven sponsorships that connect FSM’s clients directly with the audiences they wish to reach.

As Executive Vice President, Business Operations/Chief Financial Officer for FSM, Kelly Kaufman directs all of the firm’s financial matters, including accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, payroll, and strategic planning. Simultaneously, Kaufman is responsible for the firm’s business administration including overseeing office management, HR, legal and IT matters as well as the firm’s Consulting and Events practice. Kaufman began her career with Fenway Sports Group (FSG) as an accountant in 2004 before taking on a full-time role with FSM in 2009.
