As Executive Vice President, Business Operations/Chief Financial Officer for FSM, Kelly Kaufman directs all of the firm’s financial matters, including accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, payroll, and strategic planning. Simultaneously, Kaufman is responsible for the firm’s business administration including overseeing office management, HR, legal and IT matters as well as the firm’s Consulting and Events practice.
