Pros of working at Ferguson Enterprises

They have alot of resources and many ill-managed so if you get to the right person, you can take advantage of it.

Cons of working at Ferguson Enterprises

You can't trust leadership or HR. I've seen first hand employees being pushed out and let go when they were dealing with a personal issues. I've experienced leadership ask associates why they don't fit in and what's wrong with them. The philospy seems to be to fire people so you won't have to pay benefits or unemployment. It is very sad. People should know the bad things they do to their associates..

Ferguson Enterprises benefits

No perk or benefit would excuse the way the company treats their associates.

Cons of working at Ferguson Enterprises

Upper management does not monitor individual locations well. One in town is losing business and they don’t seem to look up from their computer screens to care.
