Responsibilities:
Directly, and through delegation, coordinates activities required to assure safety, quality, delivery, and cost meet specified targets.

Directs the efforts of plant supervision to ensure the consistent application of human resource policies, procedures, and plant rules. Assures adherence to safety accountability guidelines.
Coaches and mentors team members to assure their ongoing development
Stays abreast of new trends and developments in methods, techniques, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies, which might be incorporated into the production process to increase efficiency or better use of resources. Researches and recommends capital equipment purchases.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A hands-on leader that is a role model with high integrity, positive influence, and strong business acumen that embraces change and change management, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, and has a passion for exceeding customer and company expectations.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations Management and/or Lean Management.
Printing industry experience is preferred.
Experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities.
Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations.
Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to determine root cause of problems and provide effective countermeasures.

We are seeking a Manager of Distribution who will be responsible for setting the vision and leadership for the third-party and internal Distribution Operations. The Role
As the Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations for CookUnity Miami, you will lead all aspects of warehouse operations at our dynamic production and distribution facility. Qualifications

Job Purpose
The Second Shift Distribution Center Operations Manager at CNH Industrial will assure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed, received, packaged and stored, according to established policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Lead a team of supervisors and hourly team members including performance management, and talent development in alignment with CNH culture initiatives.
* Ensure accurate monitoring and the receipt, classification and storage of products, materials, tools, and equipment.
* Lead all aspects of the creation and maintenance of the processes of operating procedures, space utilization, maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
* Coordinate delivery and shipment of parts to ensure quality delivery and shipment and prevention of back-orders and safety concerns.
* Develop risk assessment and contingency plans should demand exceed supply.
* Collect resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various distribution processes and establishing critical performance metrics and benchmarks relating to warehouse planning/forecasting to measure actual performance.
* Ensure the safety of our employees while driving a safety culture and partners with EHS team to maintain accurate record keeping within OSHA guidelines for Material Safety Data Sheets, Recordable injuries, and other requirements.
* Supervise and manage labor and material usage costs
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree with 2-3 or more years of warehouse/distribution/supply chain operations management experience; OR
* High school diploma/GED plus 5-7 or more years of warehouse/distribution/supply chain operations management experience
* Experience working and managing a WMS (warehouse management system)
* Experience working within a continuous improvement and/or project management environment
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
* Ability to adapt regular schedule as need it based on business needs.

Job Purpose
In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and management over the manufacturing activities in the assigned areas of the plant. In addition, you will ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products within the assigned budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage people and deploy resources to support the needs of the business. Provide direct supervision and ensure organizational objectives align with plant and corporate objectives.
* Provide feedback and mentorship to direct reports and foster a teamwork environment throughout the business unit. Meet day-to-day and short-term targets by setting priorities for the team and ensuring task completion.
* Understand long-term vision and provide direction and resources to support World Class Manufacturing objectives and cost reduction targets.
* Use of value stream maps to identify bottlenecks in the process and use of lean tools to eliminate those bottlenecks to meet production objectives.
* Provide strategic as well as day to day oversight on manufacturing area to ensure target and objectives are met, meet quality standards, and meet or fall below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.
* Manage department budget and related costs related to assigned business unit.
* Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing and/or other operations.
* Follow lean manufacturing tools and methodology to establish procedures and drive continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including welding, painting, and/or assembly.
* Coach, lead, and mentor employees throughout the assigned area to foster an environment of collaboration and employee development.
* Other duties as assigned

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Five (5) years of direct manufacturing experience
* Five (5) or more years of direct supervisory and/or management experience within a manufacturing setting
