Responsibilities:
Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications and are fully functioning.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers - you take care of a vast array of customers.
Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
Valid state issued license is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.
Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

As a Fabrication Manager you will be responsible for managing 15-20 associates in a $25 Million dollar branch, ensuring a safe environment, scheduling work, meeting production expectations, managing and/or performing equipment repair and maintenance, managing workflow for the fabrication department, training and managing quality standards, setting expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
Establishes operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function. Focus is on short to mid-term operational plans (e.g., 1 to 2 years). Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results.
Responsibilities
Prioritize workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
Handle all scheduling and/or final assembly scheduling activities in a fabrication facility.
Handle coordinating and supervising employees who set up and operate standard machine tools and attachments for various processing operations in the production of parts, assemblies, and complete units.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and meet calibration specifications.
Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
Responsible for performance metrics, process improvement, and lean thinking.
May be responsible for any of the following activities: maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution, accounting, IT, and administration.
Perform test to ensure the quality of the pipe and the piping systems.
Develop complex operation sequences and provides recommendations for improving efficiency and processes.
Maintain production records, reports, and analyzes production data.
Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management team.
Conduct regular associate meetings and daily toolbox talk meetings
Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience as a job site foreman, fab shop supervisor, or project manager preferred
Welding experience is a plus but not required
Must have good problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individual contributors, teams, peers, and leadership
Ability to read prints and illustrate detailed knowledge of pipe fitting procedures and skills
Previous experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry with pipe fitting processes preferred

Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements
Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information and product availability
Contact customer for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation
Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition
Track and record number of installations by product type
Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy; Provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested; Point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints
Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments
Qualifications
