Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.

Experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships is also desirable.
Ability to utilize heavy machinery, with accommodations available as needed.
A valid driver's license is required only if driving is an essential function of the role.

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY -
Warehouse/Driver I provides assistance to both internal and external customers by performing warehouse responsibilities and supporting the team as a backup driver.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.
Receive in daily rush orders and weekly orders.
Check stage on orders.

Process ship-outs for branch.

Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.

Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week.
Fill freight claims when necessary.
