Responsibilities:
Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications and are fully functioning.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers - you take care of a vast array of customers.
Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
Valid state issued license is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.
Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Assists in Managing the Branch Team
Works with branch manager to establish, communicate and model performance expectations of all branch team members. Assists in performing formal staff reviews on an annual basis, as well as informal coaching throughout the year.?

Oversees product returns and warranty processing, balancing customer requests with company guidelines and procedures.
Oversees warehouse and delivery operations, including receiving, labeling and put-away, and order fulfillment. Creates and monitors delivery schedules to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of product.
Ensures the security and proper maintenance of all branch property, equipment and other assets by developing security systems and procedures, and implementing a regular schedule of equipment maintenance.
Assists in controlling branch operational costs, including labor, supplies, freight, utilities, etc., to ensure overall branch profitability.
Balances cash drawer daily and prepares daily bank deposit.
Assists in ensuring executives are up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding branch operations by continually providing information and status reports.
Performs special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid CDL Class A
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior flatbed experience preferred
Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY -
The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks including unloading inbound shipments, receiving and picking orders, reporting inventory discrepancies, operating a forklift as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support efficient warehouse operations.

Schedule and coordinate all inbound freight when necessary.
Use an RF scan gun to manage inventory & track in/outbound freight
Assist in unloading inbound freight, including use of forklift and pallet jacks.
Receive all inbound freight (including branch transfers) and make sure it is staged and put away properly.
Label all new inventory and take steps necessary for proper put-away.
Put away stock in the warehouse according to agreed-upon standards and procedures.
Replenish from overstock areas and “rotate stock” when appropriate.
Update bin locations whenever necessary.
Complete all paperwork and filing necessary for freight claims as well as daily receiving maintenance.
Assist Replenishing, Order Pulling, and Shipping departments with the workload.
Keep designated areas clean and orderly on a daily basis.
Communicates well with Warehouse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to ensure that all areas of the warehouse are being covered as needed.
May work on special projects as needed.
