Hours are Tuesday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers on the showroom floor
Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates
Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Requirements:
0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred
Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment
Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales, time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the crucial job functions described below:
Effectively lead associates through the daily pick and pack process according to company standard operating procedures
Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties such as loading, checking, order picking, and shipping
Supervise and verify the accuracy of outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents
Assist in training, mentoring and development of associates
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
Responsible for ensuring warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications
A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is helpful
Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education
Sense of teamwork, ownership, and attention to detail in your work
5 years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred
RF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly
Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures
General digital literacy for basic data entry
Forklift Operator experience required

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY -
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving sales growth within an assigned region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Territory Managers are to collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, Branches and inside sales support to increase share in the local market.
Initiates contact with customers and develop relationships with potential clients.
Questions, listens and observes to uncover customer needs.
Territory Managers will conduct sales calls directly with prospects and existing customers.
Understand the customer's business needs and show them how the Johnstone solutions will be of value to them.
Challenge the customer to address a problem that has been identified and influence them to recognize a solution that we offer.
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Johnstone products by being self-directed in the study of new products, literature, promotions, and industry publications

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College degree preferred.
Proven success in outside sales and/or manufacturer's representative role; prefer 5 years' experience or more.
Demonstrated experience for educating and influencing customers leading to sales.
Maintain an acceptable driving record.
Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC/R industry.
A. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training in inside sales, customer service, or HVAC/R distribution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience should include order processing, quoting, and customer account management. Familiarity with HVAC/R products and systems is strongly preferred. B. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Possess strong typing skills (30-50 WPM), is proficient with computers, and is comfortable using 10-key calculators and standard office equipment. Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
Valid state issued license is required.

Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.
Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
Run execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology according to established project plan
Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
Regularly answer branch phone calls providing a high level of service to customers
Coordinate with vendors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the customer receives products on-time and satisfactory standards of service
Supervise progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met
Provide assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan
Qualifications
Prior experience with construction industry products, including general construction, wastewater, or waterworks equipment, preferred
2+ years experience prior Construction Project Management or Project Coordinator experience, preferred
2+ years of Waterworks experience preferred
Applicants with industrial or commercial plumbing experience considered
Familiarly with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer highly preferred
Advanced computer skills, including a strong command of various software applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
Salesforce experience preferred

This position will support the Residential Trade Group
Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
Industry experience in Plumbing/HVAC preferred
0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid CDL
Must be at least 21 years of age
Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
Follow all DOT standards and regulations
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads
Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
