  • Perform CIP, SIP and Decontamination of seed bioreactor and product bioreactor.
  • Take product samples to maintain accurate solids and ingredients of the product.
  • Qualified operator for three different positions within the Alcohol Department.
  • Use computerized control systems to operate all equipment.
  • Used a large variety of equipment to produce several vastly different products on a daily basis.
  • Use cip process to sanitize equipment.
  • Advanced to shift supervisor in 1977.
  • Repeated entire process for 14 tanks Sterilized equipment 1st operator at Novo to be named 1st class operator.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Handled Yeast propagation project and yeast management and wrote Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on it for the brewing department
  • Maintain daily values of PH, alpha/gluco-amylase, urea, ammonia, PC, backset, caustic and sulfuric acid.
  • Process ph and viscosity testing.
  • Use database for data entry and SAP system for batch tracking
  • Record accurate weights of the barrels filling.
  • Perform demand, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot process equipment.
  • Adhered to strict compliance with applicable cGMPs and operate in strict accordance with written SOPs.
  • Maintain the production areas in a clean and orderly operating condition and accurately completed documentation timely and accurately.
  • Follow GMP practices and LEAN Manufactuing.
  • Operated fermentation equipment and assisted in the development of cell culture based fermentation process for 3 years.
  • Maintain logs of instrument readings, test results, and shift production, and send production information to computer databases.
