Kevin Akers was named president and chief executive officer in October 2019. Akers served as executive vice president from November 2018 to October 2019. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President, Safety and Enterprise Services, from January 2017 through October 2018. Akers also served as president of the Kentucky/Mid-States Division from May 2007 through October 2016 and served as president of the Mississippi Division from 2002 to 2007. He led the Mississippi Valley Gas transition team for Atmos Energy while serving as vice president of Northern Region Operations for Atmos Energy's Louisiana Division. From 1997 to 2001, he served as vice president of Eastern Region Operations for Atmos Energy's Kentucky Division. From 1989 to 1991, he served as senior gas engineer for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Akers is a graduate of the University of Alabama

Mr. Travis D. Stice is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Diamondback Energy, Inc.,since November 2012. Prior to his current positions with us, he served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2011 to January 2012. He served as a Vice President of Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Stice held a series of positions of increasing responsibilities at Burlington Resources until Burlington Resources' acquisition by ConocoPhillips in March 2006. He started his career with Mobil Oil in 1985. Mr. Stice has nearly 30 years of industry experience in production operations, reservoir engineering, production engineering and unconventional oil and gas exploration and over 20 years of management experience. Mr. Stice graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Stice is a registered engineer in the State of Texas, and is a 26-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. We believe that Mr. Stice’s leadership within the Company, his management experience and his knowledge of the critical internal and external challenges facing the Company and the oil and natural gas industry as a whole qualify him for service on our board of directors.

As one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in the U.S., Williams has led the midstream space in meeting the growing demand for American-made energy while outlining practical and immediate steps toward a clean energy future by setting a goal of 56% absolute reduction in company-wide GHG emissions by 2030.Alan is a well-known speaker and respected panelist at energy conferences and seminars, as well as philanthropic and corporate events. He serves on the board of directors of the American Petroleum Institute and is a member of the National Petroleum Council, where he most recently chaired the Council’s 2019 Energy Infrastructure Study. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable. Additionally, Alan serves on the boards of several education-focused organizations including as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Junior Achievement, USA and 3DE. He is a member of the boards of The Williams Foundation and Gilcrease Museum, as well as a member of the Distinguished Graduates Society of the Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma.Alan lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a proud Sooner with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
