About the Role: As a Machine Operator in our chocolate production facility, you play a key role in transforming high-quality ingredients into the delicious products our customers love. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining specialized machinery used in chocolate molding, enrobing, tempering, wrapping, and packaging.
You will ensure that equipment runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality and food-safety standards. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, performing routine checks, monitoring production flow, adjusting controls to maintain optimal performance, and recording operational data. You will also be responsible for identifying issues, troubleshooting minor mechanical problems, and working closely with maintenance and quality teams to prevent downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
We are currently looking for 2nd shift operators (afternoons). Pay is $21.00 per hour. Over time will be mandatory during peak season, which may include Saturdays when needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced production team. As a Machine Operator, you contribute directly to the craftsmanship, consistency, and safety of every chocolate product that leaves our factory.
Main Responsibilities:
* The Machine Operator is required to operate all the equipment assigned to his/her area; including enrobers, shrink or flow wrappers, cutting equipment, melters, and tempering machines.
* Record production details including line rates, downtime, quality tests, and total production
* Ensure lines are supplied with necessary and appropriate raw and packaging materials
* Direct assigned line associates in the appropriate manner to achieve goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer you will:
* Work intently with our business partners to thoroughly understand their business needs, and leverage the broad range of Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions unique to the situation. Each territory has an established customer base as well as potential new customers
* Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
* Present our solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
* Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
* Review customer activities at least quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of outside sales experience is required
* Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
* Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong organizational and communication skills are required and comfort working with and presenting to all levels within an organization
* Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with an impeccable driving record

This position is a fully commission-based role with average expected salary range unique to each assigned territory. Range exemplifies possibilities across the US and may not be the experience of the incumbent. Average range $65,000-$100,000 annually with additional bonuses for achieving sales plan both at quarterly and annual levels. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, & other factors.
