About the Role: As a Machine Operator in our chocolate production facility, you play a key role in transforming high-quality ingredients into the delicious products our customers love. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining specialized machinery used in chocolate molding, enrobing, tempering, wrapping, and packaging.
You will ensure that equipment runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality and food-safety standards. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, performing routine checks, monitoring production flow, adjusting controls to maintain optimal performance, and recording operational data. You will also be responsible for identifying issues, troubleshooting minor mechanical problems, and working closely with maintenance and quality teams to prevent downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
We are currently looking for 2nd shift operators (afternoons). Pay is $21.00 per hour. Over time will be mandatory during peak season, which may include Saturdays when needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced production team. As a Machine Operator, you contribute directly to the craftsmanship, consistency, and safety of every chocolate product that leaves our factory.
