Ferris State University offers more than 180 bachelor's, master's and associate's degrees. The school's academics include: * Allied Health Sciences * Arts and Sciences * Education and Human Services * Optometry * Pharmacy * Professional and Technological Studies Students may also participate in more than 200 different religious, cultural, academic and creative clubs and organizations. Ferris Statewide is another one of the university's programs. Ferris Statewide operates more than 15 campus centers throughout the state. This program allows students outside of the Big Rapids region to attend the university without leaving home. Ferris State also offers online degrees. The university offers a number of different scholarship programs, which provide full or partial tuition assistance to academically exceptional students. Additional types of financial aid include federal grants and loans and work-study programs. To obtain federal financial aid, applicants must complete a FAFSA. Ferris State may require a separate application for school scholarships. Materials required for admissions include a completed application, transcripts or GED scores, and ACT or SAT scores.
