They complete all documents including numeric projections and written analyses, and make clear and appropriate recommendations for action on loans and loan treatments.
Loan Processors- Our loan processors accurately prepare and process loan request(s), legal documents, and forms, using Association software applications and computer systems. They perform key control functions to ensure the accuracy of information on systems in compliance with regulatory delivery timeframes. They also work in conjunction with Branch staff and Loan officers to ensure a positive customer experience.
Business Service Specialists - Our lending location teams rely on our Business Service Specialist to assess and fulfill the needs of our walk-in and telephone customer traffic while at the same time making sure our lending systems are accurate and updated. The Business Service Specialist supports our lending location marketing and sales initiatives and provides accounting and clerical support.
