Litigated Claims
Oversees and manages legal aspects through timely assignment of litigated cases to defense counsel, and on-going evaluation of legal process and expenses.
Respond to and facilitates discoveries, interrogatories, witness disclosures, depositions, expert witness disclosures, independent medical examinations, disposition or settling motions, pretrial filings and conferences.
Oversee and review vocational reports and medical record reports related to various claims lines.
Act as responder for litigated claims engaging with necessary parties - not limited to all areas of support store involvement. HR, Fresh, and Operations
Sign on behalf and as agent of Festival Foods under notary as to happenings for litigated cases.
Assist with deposition preparations, serving as bridge for internal associates and defense counsel.

Efficient Inventory Management: Follow the first in, first out method to rotate stock, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Ensure Product Availability: Ensure products are always available by filling items on display and checking inventory levels to meet department goals.
Support Department Standards: Maintain the quality of the Frozen/Dairy department by meeting all expectations for product availability, quality, and cleanliness.
Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

To succeed as a Festival Foods Frozen Food and Dairy Clerk, you should have:
Effective Communication Skills: Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with both guests, leaders and retail sales associate team members.
Safety Awareness: Full understanding of safety protocols and company policies, including the ability to recognize and address potential safety hazards on the store premises.
Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of ability to learn equipment and procedures such as proper lifting techniques, trash compactors, balers, and power equipment.

Work Schedule:
The Frozen/Dairy Clerk is a part-time position. The work schedule will primarily include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment.
You'll help ensure our guests always have access to the best products while enjoying the unique experience of working and stocking one of Wisconsin's favorite departments.
