Qualifications What we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a fire protection or plumbing vocational program is preferred. 6 months fire sprinkler experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, or construction is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system designs. Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the industry Strong observational skills to ensure accurate installation according to specifications. Ability to follow instructions and guidelines precisely. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment.
