How Will You Contribute?
This position assists the branch management team in the overall sales effort to maximize product sales, increase product distribution and profitability. This position is responsible for providing relief to the sales team in servicing and developing accounts toward the successful completion of the branch goals. The Route Relief Sales Representative is responsible for compliance of company's policies in all areas impacted by the sales department.
Your Main Focus Will Be:
Position Requirements:
Execute and achieve route goals and objectives for volume sales and product distribution on assigned sales route.
Ensure proper call sequence and frequency of all accounts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction leading to maximum sales and distribution of assigned brands.
Ensure optimal and maximum utilization of promotional programs and company resources in all trade channels on a timely basis. Prepare and submit reports and results to management as needed.
Ensure proper placement and maximum utilization of generic and thematic POS materials in all trade channels within assigned sales route.
Initiate and execute cooler\shelf resets to maximize sales and distribution, increase space and product position as needed. Maintain or improve current space (On-shelf, Off-shelf and On Display) to ensure compliance and consistency with all programming.
Work with appropriate personnel to secure new business through closure of account and distribution voids on a timely basis.
Perform and submit all administrative and financial reports on a timely basis.
Ensure all QA procedures (rotation, pick-ups, repack and move beer) are followed by adhering to Company Quality Assurance policy.
Effectively and consistently utilize the RAMP Survey process to identify any opportunity that can increase sales in all accounts.
Develop daily pre plan that lists specific business driven sales objectives for each account to be visited.
Position Requirements:
Degree preferred.
Valid Driver's License/Car.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
Experience in merchandising.
Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving

How Will You Contribute?

Position Requirements

2-3 years of experience in HR, with some exposure to employee relations.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems, including the ASRS (Automated Storage/Retrieval System), and the BORM (Beverage Order Release Module), within warehouse and distribution operations. This role ensures that all facility automation equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting overall productivity and accuracy in a large beer and beverage distribution environment. The Automation Technician works closely with management, union employees, and external vendors to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair automated warehouse and material-handling equipment.
Monitor system performance and quickly respond to faults or breakdowns.
Perform preventative maintenance and system testing according to guidelines.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-based issues.
Operate automation systems and handle fault recovery.
Assist with system upgrades, software updates, and hardware modifications.
Work closely with union teams to support productivity while maintaining positive labor relations.
Document maintenance, system faults, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors during installations and major repairs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost uptime, safety, and efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred but not required, (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience with automated systems in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
Ability to travel between Bronx, Brooklyn, Suffern, Long Island and Queens locations.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial networking.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

How Will You Contribute?
Your Main Focus Will Be:
Making sure the truck is accurately loaded with product before the run.
Loading and unloading product while safely utilizing all equipment including hand trucks, dollies and pallet jacks.
Completing all routed daily deliveries and delivering our products in good condition.
Picking up empties and broken bottles at accounts.
Reconciling collection of payment at the end of the route.
Reporting and resolving (when possible) any customer service issues along the route through the appropriate channels.
Maintaining the cleanliness and operation of your vehicle.
Observing safety procedures and DOT regulations in the warehouse and on the road at all times.
Adhering to standards of professionalism, safety and courtesy at all times when dealing with customers.
Effectively using all technological devices to achieve delivery goals.
Attending and completing all necessary training requirements for the role.
Rotating customer product as required to avoid expired or bad product.
Position Requirements:
Work Schedule- Tuesday- Saturday with a 5:30am start
Must have 6 months of driving experience
Must be 21 years of age

Your Main Focus:
Achieving route goals and objectives for volume sales and product distribution.
Seeking out new accounts and distribution opportunities.
