This is not your typical admin role! In this position, you are not just an assistant, but also a key player in important projects and strategic initiatives. If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of supply chain and distribution, this role is the perfect steppingstone. You'll also get the opportunity to work with our operating systems, honing your technical and analytic skills.
Your Main Focus Will Be:
Administrative support to the operations team as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining databases and creating presentations. Other tasks as required.
Assisting in optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning, inventory).
Helping to develop best practice around warehousing and distribution (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, scheduling).
Work with stakeholders to reduce costs, create efficiencies and implement quality control.
Collaborate with all areas of the organization to implement effective systems.
Track KPIs and report on organizational performance.
Position Requirements:
Intermediate ability in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Must be able to work with charts and graphs in Excel, manage formulas and manipulate data in spreadsheets to produce reports.
Degree in related field or comparable experience.
Experience in warehousing and distribution a plus (but not required), as well as familiarity with warehousing, distribution and supply chain processes.
Specific experience in any form of data analytics a strong plus. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus but not required.

Strong written verbal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Hourly Salary: $30.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Effectively and consistently utilize the RAMP Survey process to identify any opportunity that can increase sales in all accounts.
Develop daily pre plan that lists specific business driven sales objectives for each account to be visited.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems, including the ASRS (Automated Storage/Retrieval System), and the BORM (Beverage Order Release Module), within warehouse and distribution operations. This role ensures that all facility automation equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting overall productivity and accuracy in a large beer and beverage distribution environment. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair automated warehouse and material-handling equipment.
Monitor system performance and quickly respond to faults or breakdowns.
Perform preventative maintenance and system testing according to guidelines.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-based issues.
Operate automation systems and handle fault recovery.
Assist with system upgrades, software updates, and hardware modifications.

How Will You Contribute?
Your Main Focus Will Be:
Making sure the truck is accurately loaded with product before the run.
Loading and unloading product while safely utilizing all equipment including hand trucks, dollies and pallet jacks.
Completing all routed daily deliveries and delivering our products in good condition.
Picking up empties and broken bottles at accounts.
Reconciling collection of payment at the end of the route.
Reporting and resolving (when possible) any customer service issues along the route through the appropriate channels.
Maintaining the cleanliness and operation of your vehicle.
Observing safety procedures and DOT regulations in the warehouse and on the road at all times.
Adhering to standards of professionalism, safety and courtesy at all times when dealing with customers.
Effectively using all technological devices to achieve delivery goals.
Attending and completing all necessary training requirements for the role.
Rotating customer product as required to avoid expired or bad product.
Position Requirements:
Work Schedule- Tuesday- Saturday with a 5:30am start
Must have 6 months of driving experience
Must be 21 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations: Key contributor to monthly, quarterly and year end close deliverables. Manage the general ledger and perform account reconciliations. Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger, performing detailed variance analysis as required. Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization and external vendors.

Your Main Focus:
Achieving route goals and objectives for volume sales and product distribution.
Seeking out new accounts and distribution opportunities.
Maintaining call frequency to all accounts, ensuring maximum sales and distribution of assigned brands, as well as phenomenal customer service.
Initiating relationships with account personnel and managers to recommend merchandising opportunities.
Analyzing selling trends and preparing fact based presentations for accounts, increasing distribution and volume goals.
Implementing brand development programs to increase exposure for identified brands.
Maintaining all account displays, point of sale materials and marketing materials in accordance with brand program and company guidelines.
Preparing and submitting reports on key sales metrics.
Ensuring products on shelf and in coolers are properly rotated to avoid expiration.
Execute cooler resets and rearrangement of product as requested.
Serving as the primary contact with all supplier personnel, coordinating efforts to execute sales and marketing plans.
Attending and completing all necessary training requirements for the role.
Position Requirements:
Degree preferred.
Valid Driver's License/Car.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
Experience in merchandising.
Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
The typical range for someone entering this role is $55,000.00-$60,000.00 annually, including base salary and commission opportunities. However, this may vary based on market factors.
