William Payne
Fanning Howey

After 25+ years of experience, first as a Project Manager, then Project Executive, and currently Executive Director of our Indianapolis Office, I am deeply honored and excited to be named Chief Executive Officer of Fanning Howey. Throughout our 55 year history, Fanning Howey has been recognized for design leadership and for serving our clients with excellence. As part of the third leadership transition in our firm's history, I look forward to building on the strong foundation first established by Ron Fanning and Clair Howey, and then continued by Dan Mader, Michael Hall, Doug Wickstrom and Randy Sprunger. We are a firm comprised of some of the most talented architects, engineers and associated professionals in their fields, and I am honored to serve in this leadership role as we work together for a great future. We have established and maintained wonderful partnerships with other professionals throughout the United States in the service of our clients, and I look forward to working with our partners, as well as creating new partnerships, in the years ahead.
