What You'll Do As Respite Worker, you will provide short-term relief to caregivers who are responsible for the primary care and support of individuals with developmental disabilities, participants (of all ages) receiving respite services through Easterseals NY- Rochester Recreation Respite waiver program. You will be responsible for the primary care, supervision and support of individuals within their own home. In addition, you will be responsible for recreational respite, e.g. - responsible for primary care, supervision and support of individuals during social and recreational activities within the community. This is a Non-Exempt position in support of the Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) of facilities at the Kesselring Naval Training Facility. This project is a joint venture as we partner with BWXT to form BWSR LLC serving as a government sub-contractor.
