Role: Content Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

What You'll Contribute

  • Design and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and brand preference.
  • Work with agency, extended teams, and SMEs to build content marketing placement strategy, including media buy plan.
  • Manage sponsored content creation for industry bylines, trade assoc. pubs, social, etc.
  • Build and maintain partnership with the Scores SME team client facing team to ensure programs deliver high client value.
  • Participate in integrated planning for industry conferences and trade shows, e.g., ensuring maximum visibility for FICO participation pre and post event, to help maximize ROI.
  • Support for industry awards tracking and management of submissions.
  • Support B2B influencer content programs.
  • Collaborate on plans for FICO Scores including account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and marketing automation programs such as nurture tracks.
  • Develop integrated, multi-touch marketing activation plans to advance clients through the consideration to adoption journey.

What We're Seeking

  • Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world and what it takes to build brand and product awareness and loyalty.
  • Proven track record of developing world class marketing programs in a highly regulated complex environment.
  • Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, partners, and sales teams to align on goals and work through business challenges.
  • Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
  • Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement and how these are critical to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in building content marketing plans and driving results from concepting to metrics.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master's degree / MBA or equivalent industry experience is a plus.
  • Previous Banking, Investment, Fintech, or Finance industry B2B experience is a plus.

What We're Seeking

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Extensive software engineering background with proficiency in developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based commercial software products.
  • Well versed in Java development, particularly standard Java application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate
  • Experience in Docker, Kubernetes & AWS technologies
  • Experience in a technical leadership role across all stacks (front-end and back-end).
