Jenn Stein is a Principal and the Chief Accounting Officer for Fidato Partners. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in finance and business.

Prior to joining Fidato Partners, she started her career at BDO USA, LLP in both the audit and tax departments. Upon her departure from public accounting, she consulted with various private companies in the areas of accounting and finance, including due diligence, forensics, book keeping and financial statements.

Jenn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from American University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Nichelle Shoreman is a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fidato Partners and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. She directs multiple operations within the Company including leading the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Team as well as establishing and overseeing the training program and professional development, hiring and resource management, organizational development, marketing and branding, client relationship management, internal systems and processes, including information technology support.

Prior to joining Fidato Partners, Nichelle spent the first 15 years of her career in client facing roles servicing large, complex registrants as part of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Assurance Practice. Nichelle then transitioned to an internal role at PwC for 12 years where she served in various internal service roles including COO for PwC’s Philadelphia Market and East Region.

Nichelle holds her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. Nichelle has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) for more than 25 years. She is also a Board Member of Women in Tech Leadership within the Philadelphia area.
