    The Relationship Banker I is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The incumbent is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service while following Bank policies and procedures, maintaining essential controls and mitigating risk. The incumbent is responsible for helping customers achieve their financial goals through the sales and servicing of bank products and services. The incumbent works with the branch team to achieve their team scorecard goals and is responsible for achieving their own individual scorecard goals. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Time: Description: 40% Responsible for handling customer transactions and helping with account related inquiries.
