What You Will Do
Utilizes approved assessments to identify clients/members needs and family needs; develops initial and ongoing clinical plan of care. Updates plan at specified intervals, and as needed based on changes in client/member condition or circumstances

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares operatory room, instruments and additional supplies for the surgical procedure.
Greets and escorts patient into operatory room and prepares them for the Oral Surgeon/Periodontist by explaining to the patient the procedure and addressing any concerns.
Assists the Oral Surgeon/Periodontist during the surgery by anticipating their needs and providing the necessary instruments/supplies, suctioning, irrigating and charting patient, as directed by the Oral Surgeon/Periodontist.
Monitors vital signs and anesthesiology levels for the patient's well-being during the procedure.
Provides post-operative explanations and education to the patient, as instructed.
Escorts patient to the reception area when the procedure is completed; provides assistance when needed. May arrange for follow-up visit for the patient, if necessary.

Preparing journal entries and supporting analysis
Preparing fixed assets and accrual entries, reconciliations, and analysis
Assisting with monthly headcount reconciliations and reporting
Assisting with preparation of annual budgets
Assisting with ad hoc requests, special projects and other duties related to financial reporting and analysis
Other duties related to Expense Reporting and Analysis, as assigned.
Experience and Education
Accounting or Finance degree major
Completed Sophomore year of higher education
GPA of 3.0 or greater (on a 4.0 scale) within major
Interest in a career within financial services industry preferred
Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative
Willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work on multiple tasks
Organizational and time management skills
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to create complete and accurate documentation of work performed
