In your first year as a new Financial ServicesRepresentatives, your onboarding leader will support you as you navigate our Industry leading training program, working at home and in an Investor Center.
* Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid, on-the-job study time 4 days a week, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. This role requires successful completion of all exams.
* Build and Solidify Skills: You'll continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you'll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills. You'll have dedicated time each week to develop new skills and to connect and refuel by networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more! Once you complete this training journey, you'll transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. Depending on business need, you might spend more time working remotely supporting inbound phone customers before you transition to an Investor Center.

Role Summary

The Mail Services Associate will operate a mail inserter, catch from the sorter, and keep accurate logs of all postage. The Associate may operate the courier van and/or truck to deliver mail and packages to state agencies and the post office. The incumbent will perform accurate recordākeeping of postal meter logs and production reports. The primary work location is 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, MA 02150. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST, with potential afterāhours support as required. Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Client Performance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office per week).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide assistance in monitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios.
Field questions about reporting systems and reports that are used and generated by clients.
Conduct research on industry trends to understand key issues.
Collect and analyze data from client portfolios to monitor performance and provide clients with information required to make decisions regarding risk management, portfolio allocation, and performance as related to their peers.
Develop technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
Support the maintenance of the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.
Provide senior professionals with data gathered from client trades and concerns voiced by clients in order to improve client experience.
Contribute to the achievement of team goals.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
No direct reports.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client authenticated direction.
Answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues following established procedures.
Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response.
Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
May be responsible for allocating and checking work of team members and specific supervisory review and approval actions.
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
