    Primary Responsibilities: Assist advisory team with onboarding of new clients: customize our standard contract with new client information, obtain all appropriate forms from custodian, and work with each new client to ensure accurate completion. Coordinate submission with the custodian for processing. Responsible for cash transfers, wires, data maintenance, reporting and trading as needed. Processing account openings, depositing electronic checks, moving money, and processing tasks with custodians. Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), utilize financial planning software (eMoney). Ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.
