Requirements:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary contact for client service needs, ensuring clear, timely communication.
Process new business and manage paperwork for investments, insurance, and alternative assets.
Coordinate transfers, contributions, distributions, and premium payments across custodians and carriers.
Maintain and track tasks, follow-ups, and planning milestones using Salesforce.
Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including calendar management and pre-meeting materials.
Gather and organize financial and insurance data to support planning and underwriting.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and support regulatory compliance in all workflows.
Provide high-level support to advisors by anticipating needs and keeping client processes on track.
Expectations:
Previous financial advisory services or similar experience required
Ability to work with the Advisor and other support team members to accomplish a common goal
Be able to conform to a changing environment and work at a quick pace, to achieve timely deadlines
The client must be able to rely on the CSA for every financial need, whether it is finding the right answer or having it ready for them
2+ years of experience with Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook, etc.
Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented requirements: Skills and Experience:
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

Summary:
The Financial Services Representative serves as the bank's front-line customer serviceassociate and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and good impression for our customers. Key job functions include account and service origination, handling teller transactions, as well as responding to customer inquiries by telephone and in person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves customers in opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients. Have knowledge of bank products in order to make recommendations on products and services based on customer needs. Contact new clients for onboarding activities. Assist in consumer loan applications and closings in applicable markets.
Performs all teller duties including all client transactions, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer. Have knowledge of the ATM, Vault, Coin & Cash and GL Accounts to be balanced daily. Have knowledge of all dual control procedures.
Serves as a team member to accomplish company objectives and lobby and personal goals.
Provides outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests. Research and resolve client problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments. Follow up with the client to assure resolution. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Actively participates in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge and skills
Assists in opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security.
Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, audit guidelines, and regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
REPAY is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative to provide an excellent customer support experience to our clients, agents, and partners. Each interaction is an opportunity to educate our clients on our industry leading products, as well as showcase how you and REPAY are best in class with exceptional talent and service. This position investigates and resolves software and hardware problems of existing clients and applicants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Completed training courses and attain the knowledge required to assist our Customer Database
Effectively manage client technical, billing, and product inquiries via phone, chat, email, or CRM case
Consults with EPP vendors, programmers, IT staff, Business Development staff, to explain software errors and/or recommend changes to programs.
Contacts software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products.
Assists with writing or revising user training manuals and procedures for both internal and external processes. Technical training documents, integration kits, written in non-technical terms.
Troubleshoot batch upload issues; work with EPP vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
Be the primary CS professional responsible for Set Up and installation of applications and equipment. Train other CS professionals to act as a backup.
Meet and exceed service level goals set for the Customer Service Team
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to issues and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
Keep records of all client interactions
Proactively communicate with our clients to help them understand the products and services REPAY offers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Proven technical customer support experience
2+ years of merchant services / payments industry experience preferred
Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Responds promptly to customer requirements and solicits customer feedback to improve service satisfaction.
Demonstrates a positive attitude with a willingness to continually develop skills and knowledge base.
Able communicate effectively, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work in a ticket and metrics driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g. Salesforce)
Must be able to communicate in a clear and logical fashion verbally and in writing
Must take pride and satisfaction in helping people
Must prioritize identifying and solving problems above merely answering questions
