There are no pros, avoid like the plague
They will fire you at the drop of the hat for doing your job.
That they will eventually have to retire.
Fire the CEO and leadership team.
I never prepare.
Terrible, they wanted to pay me as little as possible and I had to fight it.
They are not diverse at all.
Being able to leave at the end of the day.
Working with a small team to accomplish IT Projects and implementations.
Bad management and no advancement availability. On call disrupts work/life balance and adds to an already stressful workload.
Being able to work daily from home and deploy myself on site as needed.
It’s ok company for benefits
Lower management for instance supervisors never support you

Absolutely nothing.
EVERYTHING. This company will discriminate against you based on your protected charateristics, especially if you dare to assert your rights under federal law.
This is the worst company you could ever work for if you have any type of vulnerability due to a characteristic about you which you did not choose, nor can you change.
Lots of work good benefits, allowed me to work and management myself.
Micromanaging, unfairness, special treatment and nepotism blatant bad treatment of others by employees and management.
Allowed you to have a volunteer day.
I like the flexibility that Skyslope, part of FNF provides.

I like that the company offers a discounted rate for health insurance. Offers a great retirement program in which they match up to a certain percent of your check. They are very fair in regards to time off and holidays and they care about their employees.
There is nothing I do not like about this company!
The insurance. I have struggled for years with breathing issues and meds that caused excessive weight gain. The insurance program allowed me to get wls and regain my life back!
The flex time, work and timeline autonomy, and fair amount of overtime were enjoyable parts of the job.
The low morale and generally unhappy environment wasn't enjoyable.
