The Lead Field Technician will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for overall safety, direction of all activities concerned with economical resin regeneration, product production, preventative maintenance, as well as leadership of continuous improvement. This role is also required to learn and understand the basics of the ion exchange regeneration processes, as well as be responsible for performing a variety of tasks necessary to maintain the equipment and structures of the regeneration plant and related facilities.

What You Will Do:
