    Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. They will be part of a multidisciplinary avionics design team and will work closely with PCBA design engineers, harness engineers, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) developers, embedded software developers, and system and integration engineers. They will work with design engineers to write design verification plans for power and signal integrity, as well as for standard and custom communication interfaces between integrated circuits and circuit boards. They will focus on design verification, taking designs from subsystem testing and initial build through functional testing and system performance validation. They will review designs from a Design For Test perspective They will develop methodologies to test, including development of fixtures if needed They will create test script in collaboration with design and FW engineers They will be using software simulation tools, to model circuits and systems, to analyze performance, identify failure modes, and optimize designs. This will allow them to proactively address potential issues before they manifest in the physical hardware. They will ensure proper test execution, data collection and review, as well as demonstrate system requirement verification. They will troubleshoot and propose viable fixes when faced with electrical failures. Using their technical expertise and problem-solving skills, they develop practical, cost-effective solutions that address the root of the problem and prevent future occurrences. They will participate in reviews with cross-functional team and management about test readiness and DVT results.
