Submitting notifications of inadequate cleanup with pictures to responsible subcontractor and ensuring situations are resolved. Taking pictures as needed of construction progress on a daily/weekly basis and saving them in the appropriate job files. Assisting the project team in any capacity directed. Our Ideal Candidate: Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience: At least 1 year of construction experience required. Relevant internships or equivalent hands-on experience in construction may also be considered to meet this requirement. Foundational knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and plan reading. Exposure to construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job site safety practices. Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar construction software is a plus.
