What You'll Do:
As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to support the information flow of the project. You will accomplish project objectives by helping plan, implement, evaluate, and manage many project activities including, but not limited to, the following:
Support the Project Manager with estimating, budget development, and pre-construction activities.
Keep drawings and specifications current, distribute updates to subs.
Issue RFIs to design team, track updates, coordinate responses with the Project Manager.
Distribute project schedule and look-ahead schedule to subs and suppliers.
Prepare and distribute bid outline to subs, track distribution of plans and receipt of subcontractor quotes, prepare initial bid analysis for review.
Prepare submittals based on Construction Documents and specifications.
Track and maintain all approved submittals.
Record and distribute meeting notes, track and facilitate progress on action items.
Support Superintendent with compliance and safety with weekly toolbox talks, regular site walks, tracking and documentation.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Engineering, etc) required.
1+ years of construction experience working for a general contractor (internships included).
Experience building luxury custom homes and/or large commercial projects is preferred.
Experience building in mountainous regions is preferred.
Demonstrated familiarity with a project schedule and budget.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, hold yourself and others accountable, and proactively solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Purpose

Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates the work flow of services to a specific client and/or territory.
Supervises, coordinates, trains and oversees operators on site to ensure efficient and safe operation of wireline truck and equipment, tools, and techniques related to formation evaluation, production logging, perforating services, conveyance, imaging, explosives, and radioactive handling. Provides quality assurance and HSE oversight, and interacts with customers including, but not limited to, business development, job planning and dispute resolution.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Promotes the company's HSE program and ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, as well as company and industry standards.
Performs a combination of shipping, loading, and unloading duties. Follows all standard shipping practices and procedures in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations including additional transportation routing and scheduling requirements.
Drives Company vehicles (weighing 10,001 pounds or more) & equipment: wireline trucks, cranes, fleet truck, and/or trailer
Conducts pre- and post-job safety meetings and ensures pre- and post-job inspection and testing of equipment is completed.
Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation including, but not limited to, field tickets, job detail reports, maintenance forms and work orders, safety meeting and JSA forms.
Trains personnel to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Consistently reviews performance of personnel onsite and makes recommendations to management regarding personnel matters including, but not limited to, hiring, disciplinary actions, compensation, promotion, scheduling, reviewing time approval, etc.

Conduct field inspections and observations for construction projects, which may include, but are not limited to: the construction of vertical structures (foundations, columns, walls, slab on deck, architectural systems, mechanical, electrical, plumping, Technology (MEPT)) systems, horizontal infrastructure (roadway, grading, compaction of subgrade, retaining walls, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, parking lots, storm drains and boxes, underground utility systems, private street systems, street lights and traffic signals)
Coordinate construction and inspection services in cooperation with contractors and other agencies; communicates and confers with representatives of utility companies, contractors, public agencies, and the public.
Coordinate with the RFTA Owner Project Team (OPT), project superintendents regarding daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.

Capture accurate measurements of attachment heights (if aerial design), utility structures, & tie down distances from existing/proposed Outside Plant (OSP) facilities to centerlines, property lines, & edge of pavement and back of curb lines.
If aerial design, identify power and communication facilities on utility poles and record bonding, grounding, guying, & anchor information.
Identify any obstructions to fiber placement & provide an alternate path to engineering.
Provide schedule and project database updates, regularly reporting to the project manager to keep them constantly informed of job progress, plans, and any issues that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
Manage compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards and specifications.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

We are looking for Senior Field Engineer to join our LTE/5G engineering team. The person will be the key contributor as a subject matter expert in radio frequency (RF) and/or wireless transmission design. Assist in the deployment, optimization and troubleshooting of these networks to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Use the expertise to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Interact across multifunctional groups and with customers driving the ownership of those relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Support On-Site Field Work, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting of backhaul, transmission methodology.
Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR/IXR routers to manufacturers and Samsung specifications.
Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology
Execute RMA process including field trouble-shooting, replacement and administrative completion. Process may require interfacing with customer, subcontractors and multiple groups within organization.
Report to Regional Field Ops Manager with daily status of activities.
Scheduling and assignment of daily tasks and site work to Field Technicians.

Conduct or assist in all field engineering activities in support of field trials (FIT/FOA/FFA).
Design and execute RF field test plans for technology features and performance.
Accountable for driving field integration testing efforts (FFA/FIT/FFA) of all 4G/5G key features with customers, including test plan development, reviewing test plan with internal teams, driving cross-functional teams to execution, review of test results, issue identification, analysis and quality proofing.
Ability to manage field engineering walk/drive testing, post-processing, layer-3 signaling analysis, troubleshooting, parameter changes of LTE and 5G NSA and SA systems.
Perform ad-hoc field testing as needed.
Interface with customer and other teams via conference calls and/or in-person field activities.
Perform limited project management to ensure all RF Engineering deliverables are met.
Create or assist with the creation of CIQ.
Develop and review Engineering MOPs.
Able to create/follow/update tickets via Ticketing tools for work assignments
Interface with software/hardware design groups and provide assistance for their activities of debugging and resolution.

SUMMARY
The Fiber To The Home Network Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the fiber network from the OTL cabinet to the passive network devices, including all PON nodes and their associated power supplies; assists with troubleshooting, and is responsible for all maintenance/repairs to the network. The FTTH Network Technician supports outside plant, fiber optics, telecommunication architectures, and optical transport equipment and must have working knowledge of structured cabling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily support and maintenance of FTTH network - including maintenance and support of aerial and buried fiber network (carrier fiber networks, infrastructure, backbone, and lateral builds)
