We are seeking a Solution Engineer / Field Engineer to join our team and support Chorus visibility services across diverse industries. This role combines analytical problem-solving with technical expertise, working directly with clients to design, configure, and optimize Chorus Product &Services including Visibility service with condition monitoring, asset monitoring & management, and inventory management in various operational environments including healthcare, logistics, transportation, food & beverage, construction, manufacturing, and other sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design & Configuration
Design and configure Chorus visibility services based on customer requirements across multiple industries
Customize condition monitoring, asset monitoring & management, and inventory management solutions to meet specific client needs
Define system architecture and integration requirements for visibility services with existing infrastructure
Create technical specifications and configuration documents for implementation teams
Provide technical guidance and oversight during visibility solution deployment
Client Technical Support
Work directly with clients across industries to understand their visibility, condition monitoring, and inventory management requirements
Analyze operational workflows to determine optimal Chorus sensor configurations for asset and condition monitoring
Design customized alerts, notifications, and reporting structures for visibility services tailored to industry needs
Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support for all Chorus visibility services
Serve as primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze asset condition, location, and inventory data to identify optimization opportunities across different business operations
Design custom reports and analytics dashboards for visibility services across various industries
Write SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from condition monitoring, asset management, and inventory data
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements across all visibility services
Support data integration planning with client ERP and enterprise management systems
Technical Documentation & Training
Develop solution specifications and technical documentation for condition monitoring, asset management, and inventory management applications
Create training materials and technical guides for Chorus visibility services across various client environments
Document configuration standards and best practices for all three core service areas
Maintain knowledge base of visibility solutions and technical approaches across industries
Provide technical consultation during pre-sales and solution design activities for all Chorus services
Systems Integration Support
Define integration requirements between Chorus platforms and Google Cloud services
Specify API integrations with third-party enterprise systems
Support cloud-based solution architecture and planning
Collaborate with development and implementation teams on technical requirements
Provide technical expertise for product enhancements and industry-specific features
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent technical field
3-5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or systems analysis
Experience working with enterprise software solutions across multiple industries, especially healthcare, logistics, and transportation
Background in client-facing technical roles with solution design responsibilities
Technical Skills

Overview
In this role, the Field Operations Technician will be responsible for commissioning, service, maintenance, and testing of the Verax analytical equipment in downstream, midstream, and upstream field locations. In this role, the Field Operations Technician will be expected to apply knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluid transport principles to support sales, operations, and engineering in every aspect of the company. Travel to the field where our equipment is installed will be required regularly. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Field Operations Foreman, the Field Operations Technician will have direct responsibility for the following:
Safely commission analyzers and ancillary components in the field

Understanding of all facets of OSP, including construction methods, materials used, and how to diagnose network outages
Familiarity with MS Suite, QGIS, and Google Earth

Some local travel will be required

Support site surveys and attend field meetings required to ensure projects meet the delivery/ commitment dates identified

Provides implementation and maintenance support of enterprise electronic voice communications network. Provide scalable voice network solution for clinical and campus environments and assist senior team members on complex projects, including all technical aspects of: Voice Network Management solutions, SoNet Ring implementations, design and new voice switch implementations, technical and procedural documentation, and disaster recovery planning/testing. Provides analyst functions of: trunk/network utilization and traffic balancing and recommendations, security violations, technical aspects of the Call Accounting implementation, project planning, IVR/ACD/call routing design and implementation, cost management, and new technology implementation. Performs other advanced telecommunications duties including strategic planning. Qualifications

• Four years of technical experience in Nortel PBX /Key/MerMail/Meridian Max/Client, Cisco Call Manager system administration management with a BA Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent technical field; OR 6 years of technical experience in Nortel/Client PBX management without a BA Degree or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
• Cisco Call Manager and VoIP arena experience a must.
• Four years call center experience required.
• Proven experience in dealing with carriers, equipment vendors, and cost management.
