As a key member of the service operations team, you will spend most of your time in the field, supporting end customers and authorized service contractors with new product adoption, project rollouts, training, data collection, testing and onsite service and troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities** + Support the on-site field service activities as the resident expert on Gasboy products to provide the ultimate consumer experience by diagnosing performance related issues, determining root cause, corrective actions, confirming resolution and regularly communicate with all stakeholders on status + Make recommendations for the development of effective training resources and troubleshooting guides with the product support specialist team + Provide recommendations to the market service manager to add or remove authorized service network providers to ensure best in class field service support for our customers + Ensure authorized serviced technicians are properly trained according to department compliance, work, and customer security requirements + Lead regular scheduled field training sessions with key service partners and distributors in a market for continuing education opportunities and knowledge transfer + Communicate with stakeholders to convey drivers of operational impact of findings to ensure contact center consistency, process alignment, and process improvements + Act as the communication liaison between internal stakeholders, customers and service contractors regarding on-site findings and resolution + Support PSS/Engineering as requested for onsite testing, data collection, and trouble shooting + Support ad hoc Service Operation's needs (contract maintenance, projects, FMS, etc.) for site related challenges + Utilize technical and analytical skills to support technical assistance center as expert on Gasboy product solutions + Maintain compliance with safety standards according to Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Customer and Regulatory policies **WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)** + Preferred: Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or networking + Preferred: 5 years or more of service in petroleum equipment with manufacturers certifications + Preferred: A+ and Linux certified or have the ability to obtain the A+ and Linux certifications within 90 days + Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Networking required + Knowledge of Linux and SQL a plus + Road Warrior- travel is 75% or more for this role to include overnight + Extensive experience interfacing with end customers + Experience in performing training to small and large groups + Exceptional work ethic with excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills + Ability to lift 30+ pounds, walk medium distances, and be on your feet for 2+ hours + Basic Electrical and Hydraulic knowledge required. Job Description: Coordinate with project superintendent and project manager to schedule activities of construction project. Inspect work progress and construction site for safety to ensure that specification is met. Be able to read blueprints to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. As an Operations Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of assigned manufacturing projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD project leaders, project managers, designers, and technicians, to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule while meeting quality and safety standards. In addition, you will work directly with manufacturing cells to improve processes and reduce costs through machine improvements, capacity projects, and DFMEA design changes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project leaders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Interact with operations, quality and suppliers to develop processes capable of meeting part/product specifications that meet performance requirements. Perform basic capacity analysis and costing to support project decisions and validate requirements.
