Education, Experience, and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering is required. 2-4 years of hands-on, field-based experience in oilfield services (e.g., Frac, Wireline, Mud) or a related heavy industry is required. Proven ability to trace piping and valve lineups and troubleshoot mechanical systems. A demonstrated leader in safety, with training in critical protocols (pressure, chemicals, etc.). Physically able to work on rough terrain, lift tools, and travel 50-60% of the year. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
