AV is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for multiple programs within the Space Technologies division. The Space Technologies division has been developing the techniques, systems, subsystems, and design elements required to implement high reliability optomechanical and electrical systems. The Test Engineer is a key member of an integrated team operating in a very dynamic environment. The candidate will work across engineering disciplines to help define V&V statements, develop SW for automated tests and provide overall systems support for multiple programs. Our Project Engineers (PE) are vital in keeping our processes moving along and assists in the execution of project plans. This role will be responsible for specific activities such as coordinating material onsite delivery dates, maintaining RFI, submittals, and change order logs, and will serve as a key point of contact for internal customers. **_Knowledge:_** Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. **_Job Complexity_** **:** Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. In addition to on-the-job experience and mentoring from your peers, you'll attend vendor off sites, training classes, and other learning opportunities. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** _Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify._ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. **Licensure/Certifications:** None required. **Experience:** Zero (0) years of construction or related experience required.
