Key Accountabilities:

Support Plant Operations and Maintenance on any Main Turbine or Generator equipment questions or concerns.
Ensure long‐range improvement plans for key Turbine and Generator assets requiring attention such as obsolete equipment, vulnerabilities from OE, upgrades that would result in operational or financial benefits, and determining and reporting Maintenance Rule availability.
Provide innovative engineering solutions for difficult problems.
Assess and resolve potential conditions adverse to quality.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Bachelors of Science Engineering degree or related Science degree from a college or university with an accredited engineering program.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience in site design, stormwater management, utility layout, permitting, and construction support. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop practical design skills and contribute to projects from concept through construction.
