Compensation
$19.38/hr (approx. $775/week pre-tax) paid biweekly.
*All allowances are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Hours - 40 hr/week
*In the event of rare inclement and/or other severe weather, the crew may be called off for an unpaid day or day/s
to ensure the safety of all
participants until the threat passes; therefore, due to the nature of the work, 40 hours is not guaranteed.
Required Qualifications
Must be Deaf or hard of hearing

Must have housing in or near the program city and reliable transportation.

Living Accommodations and Transportation
Residential Crew Model - crew lodging provided by WPSD for full program session. Crew will remain on-site, overnight supervision and local staff support, and access to essential amenities. All meals provided by program. Crew vehicles are provided for daily team travel between the crew's centralized meeting location and all worksites. Leaders are responsible securing own transportation to Pittsburgh for program start and departure home at the close of the program.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ensuring strong quality control principles of perforating, logging, and any additional operations associated with the assigned base
• Ability to obtain BATFE clearance for Employee Possessor of explosives

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute the technical engineering of new apparatus compressor orders including airend only, standard industrial, air separation, and engineered full units.
Attend, support, and lead (as required) technical portions of project meetings (internal and external), status updates, design reviews, pre-inspection, pre-shipment, customer witness, final inspections etc.
Work with Sales, Sales Support, and Product Management to address scope of supply or customer related discrepancies or issues.
Review customer specifications to ensure the compressor is designed and manufactured and buyout equipment is purchased in accordance with project contractual requirements.
Review and manage the technical design specification to ensure scope of supply and requirements are correct.
Draft and submit change orders for the creation or revision of manufacturing drawings.
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions/ensure correct specification of technical requirements for procurement of specialty components.
Communicate with vendors to ensure compliance of technical requirements.
Create and manage project-specific bills of materials.
Review mechanical design of compressor package components, including oil and cooling water systems, to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Review integration of mechanical and control systems as required for compressor package design.
Complete equipment and instrumentation data sheets as well as other required customer documentation.
Interact with peers within all parts of the company to ensure issues are resolved as
