Provide technical support to manufacturing teams for electrical and controls-related issues. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve build processes, wiring practices, and testing methods for electrical and control systems. Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts, as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities through improved product design/design for manufacturing. Prepare detailed technical documentation to support varying levels of technical and non-technical personnel. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. SKILLS: Proficiency in control system theory. Demonstrated problem solver & team player. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and project completion. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, VFDs, and various industrial communication systems. Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and networking.
