About the Role: Crossland is seeking college construction graduates for this entry-level salaried position required prior to becoming a Craft Superintendent, Superintendent, or Project Engineer. The primary goal of a Field Engineer is to gain knowledge on how projects are built and managed by Crossland field personnel. The Field Engineer will spend the majority of their time in the field assisting with the day to day operations and putting work in place. In this position, you will act as the glue that unites the team by translating the information between the office engineers and the team that is making the project come to life out on the field. Job Description We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our fast-growing Engineering team. You will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that the projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
