Reporting to the customer operations manager, the Gasboy FieldEngineer will play a critical role in continuously improving the customer experience. + Support PSS/Engineering as requested for onsite testing, data collection, and trouble shooting
+ Support ad hoc Service Operation's needs (contract maintenance, projects, FMS, etc.) for site related challenges
+ Utilize technical and analytical skills to support technical assistance center as expert on Gasboy product solutions
+ Maintain compliance with safety standards according to Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Customer and Regulatory policies

Ensure safety precautions are followed on all projects and daily activities.
Implement and maintain 5S methodology on office areas.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

**Job Summary:**
The Quality Labeling Engineer provides on-site technical support for labeling (for example system and artwork update implementation) and regulatory compliance projects (for example MDD / EU MDR related implementations). Possesses technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, coordinating, and carrying out assignments based on defined requirements and strategies.
