As a Project Engineer, your key responsibilities are to assist the project manager and/or superintendent in one or more aspects of a construction project.
Coordination with Subs, vendors, suppliers, and Independence Construction project team.
Administer and monitor compliance with construction contracts with Owners, subcontractors and vendors.
Coordinate and expedite materials and services for the job site, in conjunction with superintendent.
Schedule and manage meetings throughout each phase of construction and preconstruction.
Assist the PM with the management of Project Budget, Budget Revisions, Cost Projections, and Cash Flow Projections. Assist with the generation of reports.
Review and coordinate structural, architectural and MEP drawings throughout the project.
Assist PM in the oversight and management of change management processes.
Collect and analyze the trade contractor proposal for scope changes.
Review and negotiate the cost for the change in scope to ensure the pricing is accurate and fair for the change in work.
Log the change management to the correct cost codes.
Issue the subcontract change order upon approval of the change by Owner and PM.
Responsible for the entire RFI process (initiate, review the response, maintain a log and distribute to team as appropriate.
Responsible for the entire submittal process (initiate, review the submittal, maintain a log and distribute to team as appropriate upon approvals.
Responsible to keep accurate and current at all times the drawing log, submittal log, and RFI log.
Coordinate all project meetings with PM and Superintendent prior to the start of project.
Attend Owner / Architect / CM (Contractor) meetings.
Collect, review and process subcontractor payment applications as assigned by the PM. Assist in compiling owner payment applications.
Assist the Superintendent and PM as requested in creating and updating the Master Schedule.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance - Work with the team (PM, PX, Supt.) for the development of the project QA/QC program.
Assist PM and Superintendent with Close-out process.
Assist with the preliminary punch list process.
Coordinate owner-requested warranty requirements during the warranty period.

As a senior member of the Advanced CAE Department, you will be responsible to lead 1D CAE model and method creation related to electrical systems like wire harness and electrical control units in order to verify voltage drop and electrical load-balance as well as electrical device performance and power consumption. Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Engineer (FE) position is designed to give experience in project management, on-site project supervision, and estimating. This exposure to CK's different career paths will set a firm foundation for the FE to have a better understanding of the different departments and how they interact in the construction process.
During the project management rotation, the FE will assist in providing technical support to the company supervisors and the trades to ensure construction work complies with all standards, codes, and specification.
During the on-site project supervision rotation, the FE will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on a construction project site. They will also oversee the day-to-day operations of work performed including work performed by sub-contracted vendors.
During the estimating rotation, the FE will assist in gathering, calculating and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates for one or more disciplines.

Mobile / Travelling Field Engineer / Surveyor Opportunity
As an Engineer / Surveyor at XYZ, you'll be wearing the ATOM on daily basis and using it to eliminate construction and design errors on site, which would otherwise lead to costly and time-consuming rework. You'll visualise the design models in holograms through the visor, and provide regular updates of potential clashes/errors in what has been, or is to be, installed by verifying what you're seeing in front of you.
You will be responsible for training new users and staff members, setting up new projects and establishing the on-site workflows with the relevant site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting field inspections using the ATOM (Augmented Reality headset) to ensure works are installed/being installed correctly, as per the BIM Model.
Training new users of the ATOM - either new staff, or client/contractor teams
Producing reports based on the inspections carried out
Attending meetings to coordinate with clients and contractors
Processing and reviewing all acquired data to ensure it is accurate and reliable.
Maintain an efficient workflow and ensuring all requested inspections are conducted within the specified time frame.
Working with the Contractor to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections in line with the master construction programme in order to de-risk incorrect installation from taking place in the field.
Obtaining and preparing the latest approved Revit models to export into HoloSite

The field integration technician will be responsible for New and existing Technologies integrations to the network. LTE & 5G Integrations as per site requirements and work with the construction crew on site to complete the job scope.

Responsibilities
The work involves installing, configuring and integrating new 5G and LTE equipment from Nokia on cell sites (as well as de-commissioning and removing old equipment from the site).
You will be part of a growing team, coordinate tasks with integration engineers, and perform related tasks.
A qualified candidate will have minimum 1-3 or more years of experience with working at telecommunications sites (i.e, BTS/radio installation, fiber, telco, light electrical, etc).

Responsibilities
The Contractor shall serve as an avionics engineer with particular emphasis in ntegration of radar and EW sensors.
The Contractor shall develop/review/update applicable program documentation for avionics engineering relevant requirements. The Contractor shall assist the Government in drafting and developing systems/subsystem specifications and various engineering documents in support of milestone reviews and events.
The Contractor shall be responsible for development and test of the program system hardware and software and its integration into the program system architecture.
The Contractor shall attend all technical reviews and provide technical advice on the path forward to installation of the new hardware and software into the system. The Contractor shall review 46 system specific test plans and participate in the conduct of system, subsystem, and component testing.
The Contractor shall support and conduct performance effectiveness, cost effectiveness, cost performance, life-cycle cost, producibility, maintainability, supportability, reliability, technical and schedule risk assessments, and scheduling trade-off studies.
The Contractor shall support hardware/software development and related system ground and flight test activities including, but not limited to, hardware-in-the-loop, subsystem integration labs, developmental T&E, and initial operational T&E related activities.
The Contractor shall support and conduct systems analyses to include, but not limited to, avionics system design/design feasibility and state-of-the-art assessment requirements, system capacity analysis, investigate alternative solutions and architecture tradeoffs, support operations concept development and document results.
The Contractor shall perform analyses of avionics and subsystems including, but not limited to, system threat analysis, laser systems, computer systems, avionics interfaces, and multiplex data bus communications. The Contractor shall also identify potential issues and/or areas of improvement for Government consideration.
The Contractor shall accomplish data processing including centroiding, tracker, timing issues, data loading issues, software; interfaces to combat system and/or automation systems including required data, quantity of data, data merging and integration.
The Contractor shall accomplish MS&A of radar, targets, and clutter/weather; testing and evaluation of radar system performance including developing test plans and procedures, witnessing tests, and writing test reports for qualification testing, operational field testing, and factory system-level testing.
The Contractor shall support Aircraft Information Management Systems (AIMS) requirements/testing/certification and spectrum management requirements/testing/certification.
The Contractor shall use knowledge of Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements, policies, and regulations to define requirements, complete CNS/ATM compliance matrices, and support testing and certification of aircraft and supporting systems.
The Contractor shall perform technical activities associated with radar waveforms and signal and data processing techniques that provide robust performance in Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI), Electronic Counter-Measure (ECM), multipath, ducting, and clutter environments. These activities may include, but not limited to, phased array and active aperture antennas, adaptive array processing, digital beam forming, klystron and solid state transmitter technologies, receiver and transmitters stability issues, advanced Analog-to-Digital (A/D) 47 technology, EMI, ECM, and EW. Digital signal processing including Moving Target Indication (MTI), pulse Doppler, monopulse, imaging, and adaptive techniques, Constant False Alarm Rates (CFARs), clutter maps, and timing issues.
The Contractor shall apply an understanding of aeronautical vehicle systems, software, and/or airborne or related ground systems avionics capabilities to support the core engineering tasks as they relate to EW engineering.
The Contractor shall provide FMS expertise for various FMS programs within the F-15 Division that are in varied DoD acquisition stages to include planning, execution, delivery, sustainment and program closure IAW DoD policies and guidelines.
The Contractor shall assist with the monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and coordinating security assistance issues concerning DoD and non-DoD agencies to ensure compliance with established policies, LOR, LOA, the Foreign Assistance Act, the AECA, ITAR, and other relevant legislation.
The Contractor shall assist with Pre-LOA (P&A) and LOA, SOO/SOW development/editing, and reviewing of proposals as assigned by the Government.
The Contractor shall assist with reviews of various acquisition documents, export licenses, or other documentation submitted by the prime weapon system or original equipment manufacturers for Government review; and assist with release and coordination of Government responses.
The Contractor shall assist with the implementation and execution of assigned LOAs IAW the AECA, Security Assistance Management Manual, DSCA Manual 5105.38-M and complete assigned projects with no or minimal assistance.
The Contractor shall provide technical expertise and advice to SAPMs, line managers, and functional team members across all phases of the acquisition process and insight into areas relating to technical policy and lessons learned. The Contractor shall ensure requirements are identified to provide initial support for new acquisitions or modifications of weapon systems through sustainment and disposal.
The Contractor shall work with Government personnel, outside agencies, Contractor personnel, and others to support the program. Contractor personnel assist in preparation of technical material for internal and external briefings, presentations, documents and reports.

The Contractor shall have knowledge of radar theory and principles, and an understanding of the radar design, development, and implementation process is required. Expected activities include providing technical advice and serving as the technical interface between the Government customers and the radar manufacturers, interacting with customers, participating in meetings, and producing technical detailed products.
The Contractor shall have working knowledge of the ITAR and foreign disclosure processes.
The Contractor shall have an understanding of the Congressional notification and RIP/RIS approval process and support the Government in working through these processes.
The Contractor shall understand and provide advice on USG policy and technical requirements for individual countries as it relates to the acquisition programs.
