Estimated travel is up to 90% and 10% office. Travel reduced with career growth. Most work will be in Ohio although some travel will include overnight stays within surrounding states, KY, IN, and WV.
Role accountabilities:
* Performing fieldwork which will include contractor/vendor oversight for site characterization, soil sampling, monitoring well installation, groundwater sampling, and excavation/UST removal oversight.
* Assisting Project Managers (PMs) and Task Managers (TMs) with planning and performing environmental site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks.
* Exhibiting ownership of delegated tasks, including responsibility for coordinating and delivering on-schedule and on-budget tasks and submittals.
* Preparing subcontracts and overseeing the work of subcontractors.
* Assisting with environmental remedial system and in-situ technology treatment design and assessments.
* Performing remedial system operation and maintenance (O&M), and monitoring. Assist in preparation of O&M reports.
* Writing and preparing technical reports, work plans, letters, and memorandums.
