Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have a great work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills with provided training. This candidate would have a basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis. Moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs. Proficient in laptop and cell phone technology to include but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel.

A typical day begins at our shop with a caffeine jolt, a restock of service vehicles, and assignment of daily service calls. Technicians then travel to 4-6 customer locations within our service area where they troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs. This involves selling parts, filling out paperwork to document the superb work being performed, and helpfully answering customer questions, providing technical support/customer education, and converting any grumpy customers into happy ones. Additional calls along a route may be added if they come in, so be prepared to call an audible. A day ends by driving directly home from your last call and putting your feet up. Also we don't just handle the old and broken, but we do shiny new doors too! Our door techs can have the fun of installing those new door systems as well. Variety is the spice of life for an automatic door tech.

The PDM Field Engineer I is based at a jobsite and is responsible for facilitating the interface between the jobsite and the home office engineering staff. When not assigned to a jobsite, the PDM Field Project Engineer I will be assigned to a Matrix engineering office to perform design and project engineering tasks in support of current projects.

Job Summary:
The Fleet Field Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment in the field. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise and the ability to work independently. The Fleet Field Technician will travel to job sites to address mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for fleet operations.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
* Travels between facilities and projects to perform the following duties:
* Diagnoses and repairs various construction equipment and on-highway utility trucks and trailers using basic and specialty test equipment either mechanical or electronic
* Troubleshoots and replaces various components such as valves, hoses, fittings, tanks, pumps etc. in hydraulic systems
* Troubleshoots and repairs complex wiring for systems such as utility booms, chassis, and engine wiring. Must be able to read and understand wiring schematics
* Performs basic fabrication and welding using MIG, ARC, OXY Acetylene, Torch, grinders, and other fabricating tools
* Performs preventative maintenance and BIT / DOT inspections including wet and dry PM services and repairs that need to be addressed during BIT inspection findings
* Raises trucks, trailers or other equipment using hydraulic or air assisted jacks or hoists in a safe practice
* Replaces worn or defective brake components including tire replacement
* Diagnoses and repairs air conditioning systems. (The company provides A/C machine and test equipment)
* Completes and submits all paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* High school or equivalent diploma/GED and minimum 5 years' experience in this specific role or in fields relating to medium/heavy duty truck repair, construction equipment repair, utility equipment repair or similar.
* Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Dig holes or trenches for pipe or pots.

Requirements:
High School Grad; or GED
Valid driver's license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.
Travel to work locations
Maintain respectable appearance professional demeanor
Drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles are required to be 21 years of age or older - DOT regulations
Foster teamwork and collaboration within and between department(s)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of industry related experience in similar role(s)
Posses a CDL, preferred, usage includes 5-10% throughout the year
Ability to use basic hand/power tools for installation and maintenance purposes
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods, and to lift up to 45 lbs.
High mechanical aptitude, ability to apply trouble-shooting techniques productively
Ability to access computer systems to determine required maintenance activities
General computer/cellphone navigation abilities, navigating on a computer, using a mouse, typing, changing screens, etc.
Knowledge of the oilfield industry--expectations and environment.
Experience with customer service, client communication, and technical environments
Experience in water/waste-water purification preferred
