YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join the Field Marketing Team. The Field Marketing Specialist will support a Field Marketing Manager with Brand Partner (franchisee) requests for local marketing assets and merchandising support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with Field Marketing Manager to fulfill custom graphic requests within approved timeframe
  • Work within Asana or similar platform for Project Management of requests
  • Work with graphic designer and approved vendors to fulfill Brand Partner orders
  • Assist maintaining current assets on Brand Store website
  • Coordinate with digital teams for updates to online listings
  • Support logistics in partnership with Experiential and PR teams to support local activations within the market as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Scopes and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, execute, support, and analyze innovative marketing plans that raise the profile of the YMCA of Metro Chicago, generates demand, and demonstrates the organization's focus on strengthening community
  • Identify new business opportunities and make connections with consumers throughout the Y's regional footprint - from email marketing to direct mail marketing to other channels
  • Drive improvement of program effectiveness through advanced audience segmentation, journey mapping, A/B testing, and deliverability
