The PositionWe are currently seeking a FieldService Technician for our Columbus area market to perform all service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This includes installations, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance. The FieldService Technician also acts as the face of Quench, providing a positive customer service experience during site visits. The FieldService Technician reports to the FieldService Manager and will operate a company vehicle. We provide a hands-on training process upon hire.
A typical schedule for a FieldService Technician is Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM. This may slightly vary depending on service market.
Pay: $22.87 - $23.00 (Or more with Experience) Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting product for required repairs
Routinely change water filters, clean and sanitize water tanks, change UV bulbs and clear water lines
Visually inspect for leaks and malfunctions
Perform service agreement tasks and other job-related duties as assigned
Responsible for following company and customer safety policies and procedures
Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures
Technician will have strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Technician will have familiarity with basic tools and maintain ability to transport both equipment and tools to customer sites
Electronically transferring customer and company information
Regular and reliable attendance
Requirements

Hall's Culligan of Ravenna is searching for our next FieldService Technician. This position is ideal for someone who has mechanical aptitude and is looking to train for a lifelong career. Hall's Culligan FieldService Technicians are essential to the continued growth and success of our dealerships. Service/Installation Technicians travel locally to residential and commercial customers to repair, upgrade, install and troubleshoot our entire line of water treatment equipment.

As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation and service of our products and systems for customers. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Culligan service. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose our systems following training and will be comfortable consulting with customers to effectively understand their needs.

What you'll do:
Installation and Service:
Install and service products and systems at both commercial and residential customer locations.
Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) and safety protocols.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Communicate effectively to explain installation processes and answers questions.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Training and Education:
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed products and systems.
Provide basic technical guidance to customers.
Aid and/or provide training to coworkers and other departments.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including pictures.
Safety:
Operate service vehicles safely; adhere to safe driver policies and complete required vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Load, unload, and secure service vehicles as required.
Where you'll work:
Culligan Service Technicians spend much of their time traveling to their customers' location and completing on-site installation - this means you should feel comfortable working in various environments including indoor and outdoor spaces, a variety of in-home conditions, as well as situations involving pets. While you'll be traveling during working hours, you'll be back at the dealership by the end of your day. You may be required to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces. This role is physically demanding and requires the Technician to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and lift heavy equipment up to 100lbs regularly.

Your qualifications:
Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred
Water softener installation and/or plumbing experience is a plus!
Must be at least 18 years of age or older, and must be able to successfully pass, and maintain, an acceptable driving record check to be insurable by the company to operate a company vehicle.
Must be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for approximately 8-10 hours.
Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening checks, as well as any ongoing screenings per company requirements.
Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required of this position.

The Pullet Specialist I is responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and optimal living conditions of pullets (chicks aged from 1 day to 16 weeks). This role involves maintaining the highest standards of ethical treatment, adhering to industry best practices, and complying with all relevant regulations. The specialist also manages barn facilities and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of pullet operations.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure ethical treatment and care of pullets, adhering to industry standards and regulations
Perform daily mortality checks and removals from cages
Maintain cleanliness of water and feed areas in barns
Conduct regular barn maintenance, including sweeping, pit shoveling, and blowdowns
Replace burnt-out light bulbs promptly
Monitor and maintain daily feed and water levels
Collaborate with management to review and analyze production records
Assist with pest control initiatives
Administer vaccinations and monitor pullet health
Perform general maintenance of pullet houses and systems
Conduct environmental inspections, reporting issues to maintenance
Execute additional tasks as required for flock and facility management

Required Qualifications
