Key Responsibilities
Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Identifies and pursues service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.
Manages start ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedure. Maintains DSO according to goal. Manages systems start up and warranty cost under reserve.
Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.
Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers as necessary to support regional business.

We are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support access and reimbursement services for a specialty pharmaceutical product. In this client-facing, remote-based role, you will work directly with physician offices and manufacturer partners to resolve reimbursement challenges and deliver critical education on payer landscapes and available support services. The FRM acts as a trusted advisor and key liaison between healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal patient support services. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that demands a strong understanding of medical reimbursement, Medicare and commercial payers, and buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy distribution models.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Virtual Education (35%) - Deliver on-site or virtual training and education to healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, including lunch-and-learns and scheduled presentations. Log all activity in CRM daily.

What's the role?
The Field Service Supervisor (FSS) will supervise Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in work assignments, expense control, customer satisfaction, and company policies and procedures. In addition, the FSS is responsible for the profitability, productivity and efficiency of their territory. Manage assigned territory as an individual profit center. This includes responsibility for territories averaging $5M or more in revenue from Warranty Extension Agreements and Billable Income, while managing expenses to maintain profitability. Direct, counsel, and develop Field Service Engineers toward improving their performance of job-related duties. Do you qualify?

Two (2) years of experience in the eye care industry is preferred. Thorough understanding of ophthalmic anatomy and diseases of the eye; CCOA certification, preferred.
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Individual should possess strong business acumen, broad technical knowledge of CZMI instrumentation and/or industry expertise and/or unique technical knowledge that may apply to one or more product lines.
Working Conditions and Special Demands:

As Eos Field Service Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role for Eos' success of our field service execution. GENERAL

Two years of experience as successful documented work history, performing custodial services required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Janitor 1 workers and Day Porter in performance of custodial services as outlined in Performance Work Statement.
Instruct Janitor 1 and Day Porter in proper custodial procedures by demonstration and modeling.
Prepare and maintain accurate records as required (administrative, direct labor, and quality control).
Assign custodial tasks and schedules to all direct labor personnel to accomplish all required contract work.
Responsible for maintaining quality of custodial services performed.
Maintain orderly, clean and safe work areas.
Oversee set-up of janitorial carts and equipment to facilitate timely custodial schedule.
Maintain inventory as required.
Provide feedback of daily custodial services to Site Manager or designee.
Meet with Navigators to discuss personnel progress and performance.
Use modeling and positive reinforcement for appropriate behaviors in interactions with personnel.
Drive Agency van or vehicles as required.
Carry out other related duties and/or special assignments as assigned by the Contracting Officer or his representative.
