SUMMARY
The CVA (Customer Value Agreement) FieldServiceSupervisor directs the activities of Field Technicians engaged in CVA service work, Shop Technicians, and Field Dispatchers. This includes but is not limited to training, supervising, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures. As a primary contact for customers receiving, this position is responsible for providing a thorough explanation of our equipment, its capabilities, and service repair work as well as responding to all questions in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

Supervise and direct the activities of Field Technicians engaged in CVA service work, Shop Technicians, and Field Dispatchers.

Communicate with customers concerning service activities including reviewing jobs, explaining invoices, identifying need for future repairs and making maintenance recommendations.
Manage technician issues; vacation approvals; final timecard approvals; daily and weekly overtime approvals.
Maintain knowledge of the skills of Technicians to effectively manage job placement.
Keep up to date on overall activities of the CVA Service and Shop Service department, identifying problem areas and taking corrective action.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork including but not limited to work orders and service report reviews in a timely manner.
Assist in the promotion and sale of service repairs.
Provide a thorough explanation of equipment, its capabilities and operation to our customers; respond to all questions in a timely, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
Maintain control of all assigned company property and ensure that company equipment is always maintained in safe operating condition.
Work to build trust among direct reports and peers alike
Hold JumpStart meetings regularly; allow others to lead meeting and help to inject enthusiasm and energy into meetings.
Operate company or personal vehicle as needed to visit branch locations or customers.
Maintain regular, punctual, and predictable attendance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Field Technicians engaged in CVA service work, Shop Technicians, and Field Dispatchers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and implementing corrective action with employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. When work deficiencies are identified takes prompt and effective measures to correct areas needing improvement.

This position will perform preventive maintenance on electrical/mechanical equipment in poultry hatcheries. This position will also perform emergency repairs, at the customer location, as needed. Preferable location would be Canton Ohio.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all assigned Biodevices.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Understand and follow Electrical Schematics.
• Required Participation in Territory After-Hours Support and Repairs.
• Zoetis FieldService Technician responsible for all communication with assigned hatcheries.
• Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures, including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management, certification program, vehicle, and equipment maintenance within the assigned time.
• Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process on behalf of Zoetis FieldService Technicians in an assigned territory of 3-5 hatcheries
• Manage the Zoetis Operator Training Program for 25+ people (customer employees)
• Facilitate the vaccine and sanitation preparation program for all Zoetis Devices
• Support and conduct the execution of the Zoetis Process Evaluation Program
• Principle for collecting and reporting all important information within Zoetis Fieldaware System
• Follow all safety/precautionary procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or related curriculum and/or a bachelor's degree in poultry science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement
• Normally requires 1 - 5 years of related experience.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Majority of work is done in a hatchery where exposure to potentially hazardous environment is possible.

·Available for Inovo Device Support during hatchery operating schedule to respond to customer emergency calls (via telephone and face-to-face)
·Lift more than 25 pounds
·Travel 60-80% of the time of which 30% may be overnight

The Site Supervisor / Senior FieldService Engineers will play a key role in supporting the construction, installation, inspection, and repair of HRSG systems at customer sites. Site Supervisor / Senior FieldService Engineers salaries are anticipated to be between $115,000 to $125,000, plus generous bonuses and travel incentives. Qualified Site Supervisor / Senior FieldService Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
5+ years of recent / relevant experience with HRSG and/or high-pressure boiler systems for installation, commissioning, inspection, and/or repairs.
Educational background in mechanical, civil, or related engineering-degree preferred but not required
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a benefit, but not essential.
Knowledgeable with technical drawings, ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, and other relevant codes, field reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to travel up to 75% (some internationally) for customer meetings and site visits.
Must be able to work in the United States (TN Visa eligible applicants are welcome).
