Responsibilities:
Under the general technical supervision, the EEG Technologist II independently performs electroencephalography (EEG), long-term monitoring for Epilepsy (LTME), continuous EEG monitoring (cEEG) and ambulatory monitoring. Provides findings and a descriptive analysis according to department procedures. Works with neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations on inpatient units and in the outpatient laboratory. May also perform Evoked Potentials (EP) or intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) as appropriate based on competence. Requires ability to work at all Legacy hospitals, float between sites during shift and to take night, weekend and holiday call as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate and graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program, or an Associate's degree or higher with an emphasis on physical or biological science from an accredited college or university or equivalent training.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in performing electroencephalography in a clinical setting or through an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program required.

This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.

Practical experience with NPI or sustaining engineering support in a production setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Documents repair/ resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed.
Works with Product Application Engineers to resolve quality issues and advise of issues and developments.

Position Overview: Boyd is seeking a Field Service Technician for our thermal cooling system service and repair organization. This role consists of installing, troubleshooting, resolving and testing cooling units manufactured by Boyd in parallel with customer installation in a state-of-the-art data center and ensuring all components function properly. This is an exciting new position that will be based in Woburn, Massachusetts with frequent customer-site travel. This position requires you to be on site at our customers' facilities to complete the deployment and service of Boyd manufactured equipment.
Position Expectations:
* Approximately 90% travel, often four to five nights away weekly, on a regular basis. This role covers North America with opportunities for international travel.
* Perform startups, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and/or preventive maintenance service on all Boyd products at customer sites.
* Represent Boyd in a professional and courteous manner while following all Boyd and customer safety requirements.
* Work closely with Boyd's Project team to successfully complete the deployment of Boyd's thermal cooling systems, which includes members from our customers and various construction trades to ensure installation timelines are met.
