Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support retail locations across Palm Beach County and North Broward County. This role involves traveling between store locations to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain retail IT equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
This position requires a reliable personal vehicle and the ability to work independently in a large geographic area. There is a strong possibility of permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.
Coverage Area
Primary: Palm Beach County
Secondary: North Broward County to North Palm Beach County
Preferred residence: Mid Palm Beach County (Boynton Beach to Palm Beach)
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, diagnose, and repair retail IT equipment within SLA commitments
Support and troubleshoot: POS registers & Self-Checkout systems, Thermal & laser printers, Scanners & peripherals, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, Networking, RF devices & cabling
Travel between multiple Client's locations daily
Proficient with computer hardware and software applications
Willingness to support a 24x7 operational environment (on-call or flexibility as needed)
This is a field-based role (no office reporting)

Work on servicing all bikes to maintain a timely turn-around on repairs while balancing the needs of the sales floor with bicycle assemblies and accessorizing.
Financial Performance
