The Electro-Mechanical Technician will operate within our customer's facilities performing the maintenance function per the Intelligrated contract. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is critical to the smooth operation of our customer's distribution centers and will be required to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of our customer's various material handling systems. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will take the initiative to coordinate with other departments the activities required for the safe and satisfactory completion of any job tasks. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will represent Intelligrated on site and will also need to follow our customer's guidelines for general work practices outlined on site.
The salary range for this position is ($60,600-75,800). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists other Technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
Completes work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
Utilizes TCPiP as a troubleshooting/setup tool
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on distribution center equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) according to safety and quality procedures
Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious
Assists in the development of specific technical and training documentation; assists in the development of a Technical Support Help Desk/Troubleshooting Guide
Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues; documents all information relating to customer support issues in CMMS and Dashboard database; utilizes resources in other departments (when necessary) to expedite the resolution of conveyor related issues
Provides information to the Customer Service Department and other members of management to enhance Customer Service success
Follows up with customers and other departments to ensure issues have been resolved
Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems and part cage as appropriate
Maintains inventory of company supplied tools
Completes appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
Adheres to all department and company standards, operating procedures and safety requirements while contributing to improvement
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Ability to work at heights using fall protection PPE
MUST HAVE
High school diploma, equivalent required.
1+ year experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

LTTS is hiring Field Service Engineers for its customer as mentioned above, who will work onsite at various location predominantly in San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA regions. Service Engineer should be based out of San Francisco, CA area.
He is expected to work at various locations to provide on-site support for our vehicle build production of customer's Zero Emission Hydrogen Fuel Cell Trucks. Principal Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.
Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional.
Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers.
Consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement.
Produce electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining customer signatures.
Stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI).
Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.
Communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator following established practices
Maintain company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in proper working order.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair. Some electronic experience but not necessary. Prior experience with cranes is a benefit, but not required.
Other Requirements: Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license. Must be willing to work off the ground. Can work varied overtime, as needed by customer, be available for "on call" as part of the service office rotation and be able to travel and work out of town, on occasion.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. although not on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. on a rare basis. This position requires frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, and overhead reaching. This position requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. This position will be inside approximately 90% of the time and outside approximately 10% of the time. This position will be frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise and heights.

Primary Duties

The annual base salary for this full-time position is between $96,655.00-$142,140.00 + bonus target + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The annual base pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The FIB/SEM Engineer will work primarily in a quiet and clean laboratory environment from Monday thru Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed. Frequently works in a laboratory environment; wears a lab coat, gloves, and other safety equipment; spends a majority of time in a seated position, but occasionally stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally be required to push, pull, or lift up to 10 pounds.

Aquatic Specialists perform all field and other related work required to service each of the company's customers and to help the business grow by performing the following duties personally.
